This is my South African twist on a Mexican wrap or Burrito.
The recipe is unauthentic mexican cuisine, with Mexican flavours.

On a medium to high heat, fry the onion in the olive oil until translucent. Add the garlic.

Add the Mince to the pan and fry until brown and cooked for 15 minutes. Add all of the spices and the beans then cook for a further 5-10 minutes.

In a clean pan, on a medium heat, heat the wraps for 1 minute on each side. Place on a plate till ready to serve.

To assemble, spread the sour cream or yoghurt on the wraps, then the beef Mince mix, then the sliced tomatoes, the guacamole and then finish with the coriander. Serve whilst warm.
