  • 1 cuphorsegram
  • 1 cupgrated coconut
  • 1small ball of tamarind
  • 5 clovesgarlic
  • 5whole red chilli
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2green chillies

    First dry roast horsegram till it pops up.Keep aside.Dry roast red chillies for 2 min.

    Roast garlic.

    In a grinder add coconut,dry chillies, green chilli, tamarind,salt andgarlic.Grind it for few minutes.

    Now add horsegram grind coarsely with very little water

    Now it's ready You can add tempering or without tempering also it tastes yummy.
