Assemble ingredients, take hung curd and whisk well.

Add milk powder to milk and mix well, put to flame and wait for a boil.
Cook under medium flame for 6-7 minutes by adding sugar, gradually milk thickens. - 3
Allow milk to cook down to Lukewarm stage, add whisked curd and give a good mix, transfer to an earthen dish or any other setting dish, cover it and keep in rest for around 12 hours in some warm place.

After 12 hours Curd is set and put into refrigerator.

Serve after 2-3 hours of refrigeration.
Serve chilled and enjoy the delicacy.
