Today I have made tasty delicious lau Chingri bengali recipe with prawn and bottle gourd. It's very easy to make. It's best goes to steem rice.
Steps

First marinate prawn with salt and turmeric powder. Heat mustard oil in a kadai add marinated prawns and fry them nicely. Keep aside.

Same oil add niagella seeds, green chilies, saute few seconds then add chopped lauki, salt, turmeric powder and mix it properly, cover and cook on low heat till lauki cooked properly.

Now add sugar, fried prawns, ghee and chopped coriander leaves, mix it properly and cook another 5 minutes, turn off the flame. Lau chingri is ready.

Lau chingri is ready to serve.
