Raw Mango Dal
Steps

Assemble ingredients, boil Raw Mango pieces and keep aside.

Boil Masoor dal and keep aside.

In heated kadhai add Mustard Oil, allow to heat, then add Mustard seeds + dry red chilli and allow to crackle. Then add boiled dal + salt + green chilli + water as required and give a boil.

Add raw Mango pieces + sugar and cook in high flame for 3 - 4 minutes.

Simmer and cook for around 2 minutes, dish is done.

Serve hot hot with Rice.
