This is such an easy, cozy, weeknight dish to make. We love Japanese curry in our house!!

Ingredients

30 mins
4 servings
  1. 1 lbpork shoulder
  2. 3garlic cloves
  3. 1 tbspminced ginger
  4. 1chopped yellow onion
  5. 2 cupschopped carrots
  6. 2 cupschopped yellow potatoes
  7. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  8. 1 tspsalt
  9. 4 cupschicken broth
  10. 6cubed golden curry roux

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Add your garlic, ginger, onion, carrots, potatoes, & soy sauce into a pan over medium heat, & stir for 2 minutes.

    Add the salt to your mixture.

  3. 3

    Pour in your chicken broth. Bring it to a boil, & reduce to a simmer. Leave the pot covered for 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add your golden curry roux cubes. Mix until the curry reaches your desired thickness.

  5. 5

    Serve with rice, & enjoy!!
