Prepare a checklist. Keep the necessary items close by

Fry the neem leaves in melted butter in a pan over medium heat for 1 minute. Add ginger and green chillies. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.

Add the brown sugar and stir. Reduce the heat. Let it boil and reduce by half. Switch off the stove. Add salt to taste.

Bitter sweet neem flower pazhadi is ready. Share and celebrate the Birth of New Year
Taste and serve. It tastes delicious when eaten with yogurt.
