The delicious tangy flavour of raw mangoes, mixed with spices is like a burst of memories full of scrumptiousness. In an attempt to deliver you that exact childhood summer flavour, I turned the pulp of fresh raw mangoes into papad, with some added spices and herbs to bring the right zing!

First of all wash and clean the raw mangos. Then peel and Roughly chopped.

Now pressure cook with ½ cup water till 2 whistles on medium heat.

Take the boiled raw mango pulp in mixer jar with sugar.grind it until smooth puree.

Take the prepared raw mango puree in a pan. Keep the gas flame low to medium. Stir it continuesly. Add roasted cumin powder, black salt, black pepper powder, and salt.mix it well.

Add green food colour. Mix it well. Stirring continuesly until mango mixture thickens.

Then off the flame and transfer the mixture in greasing plate. Spread it over thinly with ladle. Sprinkle red chilli powder on it.. To dry them either place them under the fan or in sunlight for 2 days. the aam papad covered with a thin cloth so that there is no dust sticking to it.

Mango Papad is dried and ready, it easily comes out off the plate. cut it into desired size, you can cut it easily like this, place it like this, to cut equal strips and make roll or as you liking.

Sumptuous Mango papad is ready, You can store this Mango Papad and eat it for 2 to 3 months, it tastes delicious, Making them is really easy. Give it to kids, I am sure they will relish every bite of it.
