Steps

Wash and cut gawar in a small pieces, cut peeled potato.

Heat oil in a cooker. Add cumin seeds, carom seeds, chopped green chilli, asafoetida.

Add turmeric powder, saute it well.Add cut gawar and potato.

Add Salt, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder, Aachari masala, sugar. Saute it for 2 minutes.

Add roasted sesame seeds, roasted crushed peanuts. Mix it well. Add 1/2 cup of water, stir it well.

Cover the lid and make 3 whistles. Let it cool down. Open the cooker, Aachari Gawar sabji is ready. Garnish with chopped green coriander.

You can enjoy with ' Fulka roti and Mango ras, in this summer season try this different Aachari Gawar sabji.
