An old recipe from my late grandmother. This noodle soup is our comfort food on rainy days or when the kids are unwell. Easy, warm, and made with just a few ingredients

Crushed together the garlic, onion and ginger.

Heat the wok together with the vegetable oil.

Add the crushed garlic, onion and ginger. Shallow fry until they turn slightly golden and fragrant.

Add the chicken, stir and let the chicken cook for a while to absorb the flavor.

Pour in the water and add chicken stock, salt and pepper. Adjust the water and pepper to your like

Bring to boil with medium heat

Once the broth is boiled, add in the noodle and let its simmer for a while
- 8
Add the pokchoy/spinach & continue simmer until the noodles are cooked

Garnish with fried shallots & celery
