Ingredients

  1. 1/2 lbsbeef flap meat sliced
  2. Spring mix vegetables, 1/2 cucumber, one tomato, a few slices onion, a few cilantro, one green onion
  3. 2boiled eggs
  4. 6 clovesgarlic roughly chopped
  5. 1/2shallot (diced)
  6. Stir-fry sauce ingredients:
  7. 1 tbspsesame seed oil
  8. 2 tbspoyster sauce
  9. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  10. 1 dashmsg (optional)
  11. 2 tspsugar
  12. 1 tspfish sauce (I’m using 3 crabs brand)
  13. 2 tbspwater
  14. Dipping sauce ingredients:
  15. 2 tsp salt
  16. 1 tsp sugar
  17. 1 tspblack pepper
  18. 1 dashmsg (optional)
  19. 1lime

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Prepare spring mix vegetables on a plate

  2. 2

    Measure stir-fry sauce ingredients list above

  3. 3

    Chopped garlic and shallot

  4. 4

    Slice beef

  5. 5

    Stovetop: add 3-4 tablespoons cooking oil into the skillet add garlic shallot cook until nice and fragrant.

    Add beef and stir well.

  7. 7

    When beef is cooked to medium rare add stir fry sauce add green onion and toss a few times before turning off the stove.

    Plate and garnish serve and enjoy

    Make dipping sauce with ingredients listed above
