Ingredients

  • 1/2 lbsbeef flap meat sliced
  • Spring mix vegetables, 1/2 cucumber, one tomato, a few slices onion, a few cilantro, one green onion
  • 2boiled eggs
  • 6 clovesgarlic roughly chopped
  • 1/2shallot (diced)
  • Stir-fry sauce ingredients:
  • 1 tbspsesame seed oil
  • 2 tbspoyster sauce
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1 dashmsg (optional)
  • 2 tspsugar
  • 1 tspfish sauce (I’m using 3 crabs brand)
  • 2 tbspwater
  • Dipping sauce ingredients:
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 dashmsg (optional)
  • 1lime

    Prepare spring mix vegetables on a plate

    Chopped garlic and shallot

    Slice beef

    Stovetop: add 3-4 tablespoons cooking oil into the skillet add garlic shallot cook until nice and fragrant.

    Add beef and stir well.

    When beef is cooked to medium rare add stir fry sauce add green onion and toss a few times before turning off the stove.
