Ingredients

10 minutes
  • 1/2 kgripe mulberry
  • 1 cupsugar
  • Pinch of black salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon citric acid
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper powder

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and drain mulberries

  2. 2

    In a heavy bottom steel vessel add mulberries and cook for five minutes.Mash by ladle.

    Add sugar, citric acid,black salt and pepper powder.Cook for six minutes.Saute constantly.Now turn off the gas.

    Cool and store in dry glass bottle.
