Steps

First of all, wash,clean and chop the tindola and chillies. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, hing and let them splutter. add tindola, chillies, turmeric and salt and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.

Then add sugar, lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of water and let it cook again for 2-3 minutes. Now add a spoon of oil to the roasted flour and add it to the ivy gourd curry and mix it, cook it for 2 minutes on low flame and take it off.

Tindola besan shaak is ready to serve. Serve with roti as instead of any vegetables sabji or also as a side dish in meals.
