Firstly fry the neem flowers by adding half tbsp oil.

Now chop onion, tomato and garlic.

Now take a wok add oil then add garlic,onion, tomato and green chilli and saute it till it gets cooked,now add all spices in it.

Now add flowers in it and mix it well with the Masala and at last add jaggery and cook it till it gets melts or for 2-3 minutes.Ready to serve with chapati or paratha.
