  • 6hard-boiled eggs
  • 4-6dill pickles
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 1/4-1 2/3 cupsGreek yogurt or mayonnaise (300-400 grams)
  • 1 teaspoonmustard powder or prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoonmustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoonred pepper flakes
  • 1 bunchparsley

    Cut the potatoes into cubes.

    Dice the pickles.

    Finely chop the parsley.

    Add salt, pepper, mustard, mustard seeds, red pepper flakes, and the Greek yogurt or mayonnaise.

    Mix everything well. Let it sit for at least one hour to allow the flavors to blend.
