  • 500g green lentils
  • 🥑 4 ripe avocados
  • 🧄 1 whole clove of garlic
  • 🍋 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 🧂 Salt and black pepper to taste

    Soak 500g of green lentils in water for one full day.
    Cook the lentils and let them cool completely.

  2. 2

    Then blend everything using a mixer:
    🥑 4 ripe avocados,
    🧄 1 whole clove of garlic,
    🍋 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice,
    🧂 Salt and black pepper to taste.
