Pui ka Saag is Very Delicious 😋🤤 Indian dish.Because this gives unique taste and Appreciated by Everyone.My way to eat is with Roti ,Curd ,Pickle and Obviously Pui ka Saag.
Steps

At First wash all the vegetables and chop then in large chunks as shown

After that heat a kadhai and add mustard oil to it.Let it get heated till it smokes.Then add zeera. After this add potatoes and parval and pui for 10 minutes.

Allow the Vegetables to release their water and get softened in their own juices.After the water released from vegetables is dried.Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder,salt then add mstard sauce.

Then cover the pan and let vegetables cook.Do not add water at the stage.
After 10 minutes check the pan at this stage you may add watering if required.If the vegetables are cooked then no need to add water.If they are not cooked add water and wait for sometime. - 5
Finally, when veggies are done check seasoning.Add salt if required.Then Serve with Roti, Curd, Pickle,Dhania ka chutney and Pui ka saag.
