Prepare Mango Puree:
Peel ripe mangoes, blend the flesh until smooth. Measure 1 cup. - 2

Make the Base Mixture:
In a bowl, whisk together mango puree, yogurt, besan, coriander and cumin powder, salt, and water until smooth and lump-free. - 4

Cook the Kadhi:
Transfer to a kadai. Cook on medium flame until it boils, stirring constantly. Then simmer on low for 5–7 minutes. Set aside. - 7

Prepare Tempering:
Heat ghee in a tadka pan. Add cumin seeds, let them sizzle. Add red chilies, curry leaves, and asafoetida. Turn off the flame and stir in Kashmiri red chili powder. - 9
Combine & Serve:
Pour tempering over the cooked mango kadhi. Garnish with coriander leaves. - 10
