Ingredients

  • 250 gmraw mango
  • 250 gmjaggery
  • 1 tbspfennel seeds
  • 1 tbspblack salt
  • 1 teaspoonwhite salt
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  • 1 tbspoil

  1. 1

    Firstly cut the raw mango in small square pieces.

    Now take a wok heat oil add fennel seed then add raw Mango and cook it for five minutes.

    Then add salt and mix it,now add all spices and jaggery,cook it till it gets melts.keep it to cool.Now you can serve it with Paratha.
