  2. 10sliced hotdog buns
  3. 1/3 cupbeef drippngs
  4. Marinara Sauce
  5. 2 ouncemeatballs 40 count
  6. 2 tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
  7. 44 ouncestomato sauce
  8. 1 tablespoonItalian seasonings
  9. 2 teaspoongranulated garlic
  10. 1/4 cupdehydrated onions
  11. 1/3 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  12. 2 teaspoonhoney
  13. 1 poundbulk sausage
  14. Toppings
  15. As neededParmesan cheese for topping
  16. 1-1/2 cupsshredded whole milk mozzarella cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to broil. Take the beef drippngs and, brush the buns on the inside of the sliced buns. Put on a baking sheet, opened, sliced side up. Put under broiler for 1-2 minutes. Take out pan and rotate, and put under the broiler till brown and toasty. Brown the sausage. Fry the meatballs till firm on the outside. Add marinara sauce ingredients to the meatballs and simmer 30 minutes.

    Add 4 meatballs to each bun, add as much sauce as you like, add cheeses, and serve. I hope you enjoy!!!
