Ingredients

5 lbs beef flap meat or chuck thinly sliced
  1. 50bamboo skewers for skewing
  2. 1 cuplemongrass paste
  3. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  4. 1/2 cupcooking oil
  5. 2 tbspred pepper powder
  6. 3 tbspfish sauce
  7. 1 tbspblack pepper
  8. 1 tbspchicken bouillon powder
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. 1 tspmsg (optional)
  11. 2 tbspoyster sauce
  12. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  13. 1/2 cuphoney
  14. 1/2 cupcrushed roasted peanut
  15. How to make lemongrass paste:
  16. 3 stalkslemongrass thinly sliced
  17. 6 slicesGalangal
  18. 6 clovesgarlic
  19. 6kaffir lime leave
  20. 1shallot thinly sliced
  21. 1 tbspturmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare lemongrass paste ingredients list above and thinly slice beef.

    Combine ingredients and marinate beef and let it rest for 30 minutes in refrigerator before skewering.

    Grill at 250 degrees for five minutes on each side.
