Oven-Baked Shish Tawook

Grill the marinated chicken pieces over a gas flame. Add the chopped bell peppers, then the onions cut into long strips. Add the corn and cover to let everything cook through.

Slice the potatoes into rounds and place them in a baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon Himalayan salt, paprika, black pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Toss well and bake in the oven until golden and cooked through.

Once the chicken and vegetables are cooked, layer them over the potatoes. Prepare the sauce by mixing the lemon juice, orange juice, garlic, salt, and spices. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, then cook on the stovetop for about 30 minutes.

(Optional) Garnish the dish with ketchup.

Serve the shish tawook hot with salad and vegetable rice.
