Curry and Zucchini Focaccia

In a bowl, mix the flours, yeast, and salt.

Add the warm water, olive oil, and curry powder. Stir with a spoon, then knead quickly by hand until you have a smooth, even dough.

Grease a baking sheet and spread the dough directly onto it, shaping it into a rectangle or oval.

Arrange the zucchini slices on top and drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with coarse salt.

Let the dough rest in a warm place for about 15-20 minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes, until the focaccia is golden brown.
