  1. 1 cuppasteurized egg whites (about 220 grams)
  2. 1/2 cupnonfat Greek yogurt (about 100 grams)
  3. 1 cupall-purpose flour (about 130 grams)
  4. 1 1/2 tablespoonsbrown sugar (about 20 grams)
  5. 2 teaspoonsbaking powder (about 8 grams)
  6. as neededPowdered sugar,
  7. 6 teaspoonsNutella®
  8. as neededChopped pistachios,
  9. 1 teaspoonsunflower oil
  10. Tools
  11. 1large mixing bowl
  12. 1electric mixer
  13. 1tablespoon
  14. 1kitchen scale
  15. 1nonstick skillet
  16. 1ladle
  17. 1spatula
  18. 1 sheetpaper towel
  19. Storage
  20. You can make these protein pancakes with egg whites and Greek yogurt the day before, keep them in the fridge until breakfast, and add your toppings right before serving

10 minutes prep + 15 minutes cooking

    Place the egg whites in a bowl and beat them until they become frothy.

    Add the Greek yogurt and mix.

    Add the sifted flour and mix again.

    Add the brown sugar and baking powder, then blend everything together very well.

    Pour a teaspoon of oil into a skillet and use a paper towel to spread it evenly over the bottom. Heat the oil, then use a ladle to pour in some of the batter. Cook until bubbles start to form on the surface. Flip the pancake with a spatula and cook the other side for a couple of minutes. Transfer to a serving plate.

    Repeat the process until all the batter is used. You should get about 6 pancakes. Dust with powdered sugar, add a little Nutella and some chopped pistachios. Serve and enjoy!
