Soak melon seeds overnight in enough water.

Drain the soaked seeds and transfer them to a blender/mixer jar.

Add roasted & coarsely crushed almonds and cashews, desiccated coconut, jaggery powder, cardamom powder, and a pinch of sendha namak.

Blend everything into a coarse mixture.

Add 1 tablespoon ghee (optional) if extra binding is needed.

Take small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.

Optional: Roll the balls in desiccated coconut for extra texture.
