Get ready with all ingredients.Thin slices of carrots, beetroot, and shredded cabbage chopped green coriander leaves chopped green chilli and sliced onion grated ginger

Now take a mixing bowl and add all ingredients together now add salt all mix well together with hands keep aside for 5 min.

For binding add gramflour and rice flour and add little water mix all well.Batter should be not thick or runny.It should be medium thick countensy.

Now heat up tawa and spread a little oil take a laddleful batter and spread a little thick in circle shape and cook on medium heat until cooked completely and golden colour flip and cook both sides Do not overcook.
