I used to buy soy milk in the US. Now I make myself minus any chemicals/ stabilizers. Tastes so much better when made fresh 🥰

I used to buy soy milk in the US. Now I make myself minus any chemicals/ stabilizers. Tastes so much better when made fresh 🥰

Boil the beans for just a few minutes then let sit over night

Peeling the skins off is optional. After peeling off skin add the beans to a blender to break up the beans. Add water blend til creamy. Bring back into pot to boil and stir so no burning on the bottom for about 5 minutes. Remove any scum. Simmer on low about 20-25 minutes. Let cool and strain with a cheesecloth. Add vanilla and then pour into bottles of choice. U can add sugar or use for smoothies or chocolate soy milk. How ever u choose enjoy!

The finished product! what’s left in the clear bags is called okara. U can use in other recipes!
