Shake and bake pork chops

Easy homemade shake and bake pork chops.
The mix is very easy to make and can be portion out so theres no waste on the mixture. The shake and bake is better than the store one and you get way more and can add different flavors/ seasonings if you like but thats the base ingredients. Can use the shake and bake on different meats/ poultry/ . My favorite is chicken I’ve done chicken legs/ thighs/ breast all are great.

Make the shake and bake seasoning first, in a bowl add breadcrumbs and all seasoning, mix well then add the oil and mix again until it has a wet sand texture. Add shake and bake mixture to a gallon size zip lock bag.

Take the pork add one at a time to the shake and bake mixture, shake bag until meat is covered with seasoning, place on a baking sheet, repeat with all pork chops

Cook pork chops in an oven or air fryer until done.

Shake and bake mixture will make a lot. Heres what i had leftover and ended up throwing out.

If you have any left it needs to be thrown out don’t save it. This is why I suggest splitting some of the mixture depending on what and how much you are cooking. Before you actually use it.
