Millet is a good source of protein, fiber, key vitamins, and minerals. It is naturally gluten-free. Millets also contribute to heart health, help manage diabetes, and can improve overall immunity.
Paneer is good source of protein. It is good for weight loss.Helps manage blood sugar. Dry fruits are a good source of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
So I used millet flour and made a stuffing of paneer, dry fruit and cheese to make millet masti rolls.

Steps

First, take pearl millet flour and sorghum flour in a wide bowl, add ginger-garlic-chili paste, salt, mix well, add water as required to make a dough, cover and keep aside.

Now for the stuffing, mash the paneer and cheese in a bowl with your hands, add dry fruits, salt, pepper powder, mix well.

Now make balls. Similarly, make uniform balls of the tied dough.

Now take a ball of flour, flatten it with your hands and put the stuffing inside it to make a roll. Make all the rolls in this way. Coat all the rolls in white sesame oil.

Heat the oil and when it is hot, fry all the rolls on medium heat until golden brown.

So, the healthy millet masti roll is ready, serve it with chutney and mayonnaise and enjoy.
