Masala Bread Croutons Upma for Tiffin

Cut the veggies and breads into cube/small sized pieces

In a semi heated wok, add 3 tbsp oil (add more as and when required) and once it's heated, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and stir.

Add the potatoes and keep stirring. After a while add the garlic (if you add before it'll be burnt) and toss. Add the chillies. Add 2 tbsp salt.

Cover with a lid in low heat for the potatoes to be cooked. After a while uncover it, and add the onions and carrots. Add the cashews. Stir and toss as they get cooked in medium heat.

Add the tomato ketchup at this point and mix together. Add salt as required. Then add the bread croutons into the mixture in the pan and mix well.

Add the lemon juice and mix well. Once done, serve piping hot.
