Wash the fillet well with water, salt, and vinegar, and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Prepare a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil or vegetable oil and let it heat up completely to sear the fillet so it doesn't release any water. Place the fillet in the pan once it's hot, leave it for half a minute, then flip it to the other side. After that, remove it to a plate and set it aside.

The onion and bell peppers should be cut to this size... Add the minced garlic first, and as soon as it releases its aroma, add the onion and bell peppers and stir until their color changes.

Add the fillet to them, then add the mustard and pomegranate molasses. Let them cook on very low heat for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat. Enjoy! 🌸
