A super healthy ,tasty and nutrient moong and masoor dal chilla loaded with green veggies is a healthy option for breakfast and lunch boxes.
Steps

Clean,wash and soaked both dal separately into water for 2 hours. Chopped all veggies. Strain the water and Transfer the soaked dal in grinding jar, add green chillies, ginger and garlic.

Add around 2tbsp water.Grind all and make a fine paste. Transfer the batter in a bowl. Add all powder spices and vegetables. Mix them together.

Add chopped coriander leaves, add 3-4tbsp water and make a pouring consistency batter..mix again. Pour a full ladle batter on preheated tawa, spread evenly. Add som drops of oil,Cover and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.

When it cook from bottom side flip it and spread little oil and cook until it turn golden from both side. Transfer in plate. Make all chillas and served with your favourite dip.
