Mozzarella, Asiago baked rigatoni Mozzarella, Asiago baked rigatoni
I used to make this dish for the entire family when I was younger. Since then, I've perfected it. You can substitute hamburger meat for a smoked sausage. Or add in any veggies you like. Sometimes I saute squash and add a layer of that to the dish. But beware this dish is full of carbs, calories and cheesy goodness. I hope you enjoy!Ashley

This is a special recipe that blends spinach, lemon, cheese and red sauce. Beef is optional .. it’s cheesy and tasty! We enjoy it with a nice salad and garlic bread.. something different the lemon is a great addition! Also if you prefer ricotta cheese sub that for cottage cheese and sour cream .. B’s Messy Kitchen -
