Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2 cupssteamed rice
  2. 6 slicessmoked chicken
  3. 1/2 cuppeas
  4. 1medium-sized onion (I used red)
  5. 1 tbspoil
  6. 1 tspoil
  7. 100 grcheddar, grated
  8. 1 tsppowdered broth (I used vegetarian type made of mushrooms)

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and slice onion thinly. Dice smoked chicken.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a wok, using medium heat, stir-fry the onion, then add the chicken. Add the peas, then rice. Stir well.

    Add the powdered broth, stir until well combined. Turn off the heat. Add grated cheddar, stir once again, then serve.
