2stock cubes (chicken)
3spring onions
1/3leek stalk
1kettle full of water
1glove garlic
1 splasholive oil
1 canchicken peas
1 cantomatoes
1 buncheither noodles or pasta
1 pinchtarragon
salt/pepper
1carrot

Steps

1

Add chopped leek, garlic and onion to pot and brown. Add water and stock and bring to boil
2

Add carrot, chicken and noodles of choice and bring to simmer
3

Season with tarragon, salt and pepper.
