Ingredients

  • 2big kesar mango / keri
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1/4 glass water
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder

  1. 1

    Wash and clean 2 kesar keri. Peel them. Make small pieces.

    Take a mixture jar add mango pieces, sugar and water.

    Make a smooth paste and aam ras is ready. Put it in a fridge to chill down. Add ginger powder at the time of serving.
