Kavuni arisi coconut milk sweet

Take a cup of kavuni arisi, clean a couple of times with plain water. Drain the water completely.Dry it under the fan. Keep it aside

Keep a kadai on low heat, add the dried kavuni arisi,dry roast until the colour changes. Let it cool.

Add to the mixer jar,grind it into a fine powder.

Take another mixer jar,add the grated coconut,add some water and grind it nicely. Remove the coconut milk. Keep it aside.

Keep a sauce pan on medium heat, add water into the pan, let it boil, pour the kavuni arisi powder,mix continuously, to avoid lumps. After ten minutes,it will form nice porridge. Remove from heat.

Take two bowls, divine the porridge equally. In one bowl, mix salt and buttermilk. Another bowl, coconut milk,honey and cardamom powder. Mix well. Enjoy the kavuni arisi porridge with buttermilk and salt mix for summer. Kavuni arisi porridge with coconut milk, honey and cardamom powder mix sweet as a healthy dessert.
