Nenua Hummus

Take 1 medium-sized Nenua wash it well and slice it into medium-thick pieces. Brush the slices with 1 tsp oil and roast them on a pan over medium flame from both side.Let them cool.

In a blender, add the roasted tori along with 1 cup boiled chickpeas, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, 2 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp curd, salt to taste, 1 tbsp lemon juice. Blend everything until it turns smooth and creamy.

Transfer it into bowl.Drizzle with olive oil and chilli flakes.Serve it with crackers.
