Assemble ingredients, make puree of chopped Mango and keep aside.

Put Water to boil, In moderately heated pan / kadhai, add ghee, add semolina and roast for 3-4 minutes.

Add water, and keep stirring to prevent lumps. Add cardamom powder and cook for 3-4 minutes. Mixture thickens.

Add mango pulp + sugar and mix well. Cook further for few more minutes.

Mixture thickens and dish is done.
