Ingredients

  • 2jade melon
  • 10pirces chicken wing
  • Thumb size ginger,slice it
  • 1whole garlic,minced
  • 1 tspfish sauce
  • Some ground black pepper
  • 1little water
  • 3 tbspcooking.oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat pan and pour oil.Pan fry wings until golden brown.Set aside.

  2. 2

    Add again cooking.oil and sautee garlic and ginger until aromatic.Put back the wings.

  3. 3

    Stir fry then pour water.Simmer until wings are half done.Then add melon.

  4. 4

    Cook until done.
