Ingredients

2 cups of Boiled Pasta
  1. 1.5 cupschopped ripe tomatoes
  2. 3/4 cupchopped Red Onions
  3. 1 tbspgrated Ginger Garlic
  4. 1/2 cupsoaked Cashews
  5. 2 tspKasuri methi
  6. Chopped Coriander
  7. Water to adjust gravy/sauce consistency
  8. 1/2 cupsautéed Paneer Cubes
  9. 2 tspGhee to sauté Paneer
  10. 1 tbspButter
  11. 2 tspOlive Oil
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  14. 1 tspCoriander powder
  15. 1 tspGaram Masala Powder
  16. 1 tspRed Chili powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend Cashews and Tomatoes until smooth.

  2. 2

    In a pan add Ghee and sauté Paneer cubes until golden brown and set aside

  3. 3

    In same pan add Olive Oil and Butter. Add Onions and salt to taste and sauté.

  4. 4

    Add grated ginger garlic and sauté well.

  5. 5

    Now add Tomato Cashew puree and mix well! Let it cook for 5 minutes. Add all the spices and salt to taste and mix!

  6. 6

    Let it cook for another 5-6 minutes and add water to adjust consistency. Now rub kasuri methi between your palms and sprinkle along with chopped coriander.

    Add Pasta and sautéed Paneer cubes and mix well! Serve hot and Enjoy
