Indian meets Italian in the most delicious way! Presenting Butter Masala Pasta – a rich, creamy twist on your favorite comfort food, infused with bold Indian spices.
Cooking Instructions

Blend Cashews and Tomatoes until smooth.

In a pan add Ghee and sauté Paneer cubes until golden brown and set aside
- 3
In same pan add Olive Oil and Butter. Add Onions and salt to taste and sauté.

Add grated ginger garlic and sauté well.
- 5
Now add Tomato Cashew puree and mix well! Let it cook for 5 minutes. Add all the spices and salt to taste and mix!

Let it cook for another 5-6 minutes and add water to adjust consistency. Now rub kasuri methi between your palms and sprinkle along with chopped coriander.

Add Pasta and sautéed Paneer cubes and mix well! Serve hot and Enjoy
