Preheat wok,then pour cooking oil.Stir fry pork until the color changes.Then set aside.

In the same wok,pour again cooking oil and sautee carrot and long beans.Pour water and oyster sauce then mix well.

Simner a minute,then put back the pork.

Cook until the beans are half done.Dont over cook. Beans must be crunchy.
