Soak 2 cups sticky rice at least 4 hours or best overnight

Steam sticky rice in a bamboo basket steamer for 25 minutes

Coconut cream sauce : one cup coconut milk, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp cornstarch mix to combine. Stovetop: stir until thicken and set aside.

Peel mango and cut to your perfection.

Stovetop in a pot : 1 cup coconut milk, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp sugar and steamed sticky rice mix to combine for about 30 seconds turn off the stove.

Plate to your perfection: drizzle coconut cream sauce on top and sprinkle some toasted sesame and enjoy.
