  1. 2french bread loaf
  2. 1/2 cupbasil Pesto sauce or as needed
  3. 2 tbspbutter
  4. 250 gmozzarella cheese
  5. 100 gmprocessed cheese
  6. 1 tsporegano
  7. 1 tspchili flakes
  8. For making Pesto:-
  9. 2 cupsfresh basil leaves
  10. 1/4 cupalmonds
  11. 1/3 cupextra virgin olive oil
  12. 2garlic cloves
  13. 4-5black pepper
  14. 1/8 teaspoonsalt

    For making Pesto:- First lightly roast the almonds. Add these almonds in a food processor or mixi jar. Coarsely crush the almonds. Then add the basil leaves, garlic, black pepper and salt it it. add the oil while crushing and blending the whole mixture. You could make the pesto a little coarse or fine. Its your choice. And It's ready.

    Preheat the oven to 180⁰C. Cut the bread loaf into two halves. Spread basil pesto on the bread slices. Then stuff with the mozzarella cubes. Now spread shred processed cheese over it. Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes over it.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted. Carefully bring the out of the oven once it is done and serve immediately.
