Mulberry Cake (Mulberry from my pot garden)

These are mulberry (2 pots) I picked it every day.

Ingredients. Separate egg yolks and egg whites. Whip egg whites putting 1 tablespoon sugar.

Mix butter and sugar then put egg yolks1 or 2 at a time.

Add whipped egg whites and flour ingredients.

Mulberries kept in freezer.

Put mulberries in cake batter. Pour the batter in cake molds. Bake them in 180℃ preheated oven for 45-50 minutes.

Once the cake is done baking, pour maple syrup over the top.

Wrap the cake in plastic film and leave it for a day before eating.

So moist 🩵
