  • Pumpkin/ papaya foam
  • 800 grpumpkin
  • 150 grpapaya
  • 20 mlolive oil
  • 50 mlheavy cream
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 100 mlcoco cream

  1. 1

    Boiling water with de pumpkin, 20 minutes with Salt and bay leaf.

    In a container put papaya, coco cream, olive oil, salt, clove of garlic and licuefy (put agar agar).

    Put both creams in a sifon or whipped cream and shak beafore to use.
