Steps

Make some mashed potatoes with the Irish potatoes

Chop the onion into small pieces

Melt the butter in a pot, then fry the onion

Add the mushroom (whole or cut, as you like)

Add the seasoning ingredients (parsley, pepper and salt)

Cover and simmer over medium heat for a few minutes

Add the mashed potatoes

While stirring, add the milk and the broth

Allow the soup to boil a few minutes, then add the cream

Stir for a moment, correct the seasoning if needed

And serve hot with some bread
