Paneer makhani rice is fusion recipe which has so much of creativity and innovation! We actually bring together two different foods as one recipe. Have you ever tried paneer makhani along with rice that is in the form of pulao. This makhani rice is an incredibly flavorful and perfectly filling recipe with makhani sauce as a base
Steps

First, heat butter and oil in a pan and sauté the garlic. Then add the onion and when it becomes soft, add the tomato, dry red chili and spices and mix.

Now add cashew nuts and cook everything 2-3 minutes or until soften. Cashew nuts give it a creamy texture. Then take it off and let it cool down completely then grind it smooth gravy. Makhani sauce is ready.

Now heat the oil in a pan again and add the gravy. Add all the spices and let it cook for 2 minutes. Then add the butter and paneer

Now add the leftover cooked rice and mix. Add coriander and set aside. Garnish with grated cheese while serving.

Enjoy the Paneer makhani Rice with curd and papad.
