Patatas Bravas

A Spanish tapa that everyone is sure to love. Potatoes and a spicy sauce—who wouldn't enjoy this combination? Tonight, we had it as part of a casual dinner. We served it with crispy pork belly and a tuna and mussel salad. A delicious meal for a summer evening.

Steps
- 1
Peel and cut the potatoes.
- 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet and lightly fry the garlic. Add the potatoes, season with salt, and cook, stirring occasionally, until done.
- 3
Place the potatoes on a paper towel to remove excess oil, then transfer to a serving dish. For the sauce, mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Drizzle the sauce over the potatoes and enjoy.
