A very easy and tasty cutlets made with poha, is another good snacks for enjoying monsoon with hot cup of tea.
Steps

First peel and mashed the boiled potatoes, chopped the onion,green chillies and coriander leaves. Keep aside. Wash the poha 2-3 times with water then keep in a strainer for 2-3 minutes to remove excess water.

Now in a mixing bowl, mashed the poha with hand,add boiled and mashed potatoes, onion,green chillies. Mix them. Add all powder spices, salt and coriander leaves. Mix all very well.

Apply some water on your palm and take small portion from the mixture and give it to shape of cutlets. Make all cutlets and keep aside.

In another bowl add maida,black pepper powder and salt. Add water and make a slurry. Take the fine sewain and crush with fingers.

Dip the cutlets into slurry then coated with crushed sewaiyan very well. Prepared all cutlets likewise.

Fry these cutlets into medium hot oil until they turn golden brown and crispy. Transfer in kitchen towel

Served hot with sauce and mayonnaise dip or any of your favourite chutney.
